Machine Link™ makes it easy to ADD, RENAME, REMOVE and/or CONFIGURE your machine controls. Click [CONFIGURE] to specify the serial communication parameters that will be used for the machine control.
Machine Link™ can be configured to use any start or end of transmission character. Although the most common default values are already included, click [EDIT] to add user-specifed start and/or end of transmission character(s). Never wonder again if the correct character is being attached to your CNC program file.
As an example, to add a special end of transmission character from the configuration utility shown above, click [EDIT] next to "End of Transmission" to activate the screen shown below. Specify the character's decimal equivalent and then attach a useful note. Click [ADD] and then [SAVE] to make this new character available to Machine Link™ for automatic attachment.
